Registered Nurse and LPN
About The Position
We seek a passionate and motivated Registered Nurse or LPN to join our growing home care team. As a supervisor of our caregivers, you will ensure senior citizens’ well being and caregivers' success by providing care supervision and on-site training and support. The RN or LPN will be responsible for developing plans of care with our clients, families, discharge planners, hospice agencies, and revise them in response to changes in status. As a home care Nurse you will Work with seniors to identify their care needs and understand how home care may help them live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. The Ideal Nurse will also Identify opportunities to improve and influence the care delivered by our home care team, while working closely with our dedicated management team to carry out our mission of improving the lives of those we serve. About Us Right at Home-Newton is a well-established provider of quality in-home and community-based care for 23 years to seniors in the MetroWest area. We are committed to supporting our clients to live safely and independently for as long as possible in their own home by providing personal care and homemaking assistance.
Requirements
- Current unencumbered Occupational Therapy or Registered Nurse License.
- Computer fluency
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the MetroWest area
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates considered if confident and capable).
- Homecare experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
