Registered Nurse / LPN (Riverside)
About The Position
Siouxland Community Health Center is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse / LPN for their Riverside location. The successful candidate must possess solid experience and advanced knowledge, with a preference for Multi-Physician Family Practice experience. Electronic Medical / Health Records (EMR) experience is a definite plus. The role requires current RN licensure, current BCLS and Mandatory Reporter certification, and solid computer skills. Requirements
- Solid experience & advanced knowledge of Multi-Physician Family Practice.
- Electronic Medical / Health Records (EMR) experience.

Responsibilities
- Assist Provider with one-on-one patient visits and flow in a fast-paced environment.
- Schedule appointments and make referrals.
- Triage and address patient phone calls.
- Communicate and document provider’s orders.
- Document in medical records and practice management system.
- Assist with specialty procedures as trained and as applicable.
