Registered Nurse RN Administrative Supervisor
About The Position
At Johnson Memorial Hospital the Administrative Nurse Supervisor provides overall on-site nursing and administrative support for the hospital. Responding to emergencies, addressing patient and family concerns, staffing, and supporting the nursing staff. In the Administrative Nurse Supervisor role, you support the overall hospital clinically and administratively. Collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team in the delivery of patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program.
- Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Connecticut.
- BLS prior to hire.
- Progressive nursing experience in a variety of settings including critical care required.
Nice To Haves
- BSN graduate preferred.
- Previous experience in nursing supervision preferred.
- ACLS, FCCS and CPI/NCI (within one year of hire).
