RNs support Rheumatology services while delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a collaborative outpatient setting, supporting a team of 10 providers. The Registered Nurse–Ambulatory Procedural plays a key role in triage (preferred experience), coordinating medication refills, managing DME and supplies, and supporting clinical procedures, working a schedule of 8:00 am–4:30 pm with one closing shift per week (9:00 am–5:30 pm) during clinic hours, with no call, weekends, or holidays required. Requirements

  • Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
  • Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN).
  • Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
  • Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
  • Knowledge of procedures for performing the functions appropriate to the specific clinical area and familiarity with designated pieces of equipment and supplies.
  • Requires ability to coordinate a number of functions for a group of patients in an effective timely manner.
  • Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum of one year of RN experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Two years experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
  • Triage experience.
