Registered Nurse - Pre Post Cardiac Cath Lab (FT/Days)
About The Position
Indiana University Health is seeking passionate, experienced nurses to join their team and collaborate with top medical professionals in the Cardiac Cath Lab. This role involves receiving and recovery support for the Cardiac Cath lab and Interventional Radiology, as well as bedside cardiac procedures. The Cardiac Cath Lab is equipped with 6 labs shared with EP & IR and specializes in minimally invasive cardiac care for a wide variety of adult patients. The team fosters a supportive and collaborative environment with a strong team culture, where nurses actively support patients during procedures by administering sedation and closely monitoring them. Requirements
- Associates of Nursing (ASN)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
- Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may be made for candidates with more than two years of acute care experience, subject to CNO approval)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the AHA
- Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies

- Upcoming nurse graduate or recent nurse graduate (eligible for pipeline requisition)
