About The Position

Indiana University Health is seeking passionate, experienced nurses to join their team in the Cardiac Cath Lab. This role involves collaborating with top medical professionals in a specialized unit focused on minimally invasive cardiac care for a wide variety of adult patients. Responsibilities include supporting patients during procedures by administering sedation and closely monitoring them. A limited radiography license course will be provided after orientation. Requirements

• Associates of Nursing (ASN) required.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may apply for candidates with over two years of acute care experience, subject to CNO approval).
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administering sedation to patients during procedures.
• Closely monitoring patients during procedures.

• Providing minimally invasive cardiac care for a wide variety of adult patients.
• Participating in on-call weekend and holiday rotations.
• Residing within 30 minutes of the hospital for response time radius.
