Interview Day - Experienced Postpartum Registered Nurse - Wednesday, November 4th
About The Position
NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital is hiring a full-time postpartum Registered Nurse for its Women's Health team in Brooklyn, New York. The team provides antepartum, postpartum, obstetric, and gynecologic care in a supportive, compassionate environment. The hospital reports more than 4,000 births annually and provides on-site care for high-acuity mothers and babies. This position works nights, 7:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., and requires on-site presence. Candidates may apply to be considered for an invite-only interview event scheduled for Wednesday, November 4; walk-ins are not accepted. Selected applicants will receive confirmation from a recruiter. Employees are expected to live within commuting distance, and travel expenses will not be reimbursed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current New York State Registered Nurse license.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics.
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Inpatient Obstetric Nursing (RNC-OB) certification from NCC, or willingness to obtain it.
