About The Position
This role functions as a liaison between management, administration, physicians, managed care companies, and community partners. The Registered Nurse Patient Navigator will coordinate treatment efforts, compile data, and track outcomes to drive quality and process improvements. Additionally, this role will provide referrals and follow-up care support for uninsured and underinsured patients.
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
Nice To Haves
- BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
