About The Position

This role involves bridging communication between physicians, administration, and community partners to ensure a unified approach to patient care. The Registered Nurse Patient Navigator will champion quality by leading educational initiatives and treatment coordination that directly elevate patient outcomes. They will also analyze care trends by tracking outcomes and recommending process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, and advocate for the underserved by securing essential follow-up resources for uninsured patients to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
Minimum 2 years of specialized clinical background in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), or Labor and Delivery (L&D)

Nice To Haves

BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
