Join our innovative surgical team as an OR Registered Nurse, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring safe, efficient, and compassionate care for patients undergoing operative and invasive procedures. You’ll work closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and fellow team members to create seamless experiences and positive outcomes. This role involves circulating and scrubbing for a wide variety of surgical cases, with full training provided, and participation in high-acuity specialties including cardiac, neuro, and robotic-assisted procedures. You will grow your skills in robotics, gaining hands-on experience with leading surgical technology. The role requires assessing patient needs pre-, intra-, and post-operatively, responding quickly to changes in condition, and collaborating with the surgical team to anticipate needs and support optimal patient outcomes. Accurate and timely documentation of care and patient responses is essential. You will also educate patients and families on procedure expectations and post-op care, and support, guide, and delegate tasks to LPNs and Nursing Assistants as needed. Participation in ongoing education, team meetings, and quality initiatives is expected. The schedule is for weekends (Fri - Sun) from 6:30 pm - 7 am, totaling 36 hours per week.
