About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team in providing moderate sedation within a fast-paced procedural area. The role involves caring for patients undergoing preventative and interventional stroke care.
Requirements
- Current RN License (New York License ONLY)
- Two (2) years of nursing experience required.
- Experience in moderate sedation and interventional radiology required.
- Telemetry experience is required.
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association ONLY)
- ACLS Certification (American Heart Association ONLY)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a Level 1 trauma center preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer moderate sedation and closely monitor patients' cardiac and physical status.
- Collaborate with physicians to ensure patient safety, comfort, and privacy.
- Circulate when not providing moderate sedation.
