About The Position

Main Line Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Lankenau Medical Center, Bryn Mawr Hospital, or Paoli Hospital. This role is part of an Interdisciplinary Team focused on providing superior patient experiences through safe, high-quality clinical care. The NICU at Paoli is a Level II unit, stabilizing infants with surgical needs before transfer and supported by physicians from Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. The position offers opportunities for career development, involvement in committees and projects, and participation in a Clinical Ladder program.

Requirements

• One year of recent acute care nurse experience required.
• PA RN license required.
• RN Diploma, ASN required.
• Must wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.

Nice To Haves

• Neonatal nurse experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
• NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care and treatment of patients within the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
• Working as part of an Interdisciplinary Team.
• Delivering safe, high-quality clinical care.
• Wearing a respirator as part of job requirements.
• Pursuing certifications or advanced nursing degrees.
• Becoming engaged by joining hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program.
