Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
About The Position
Main Line Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team. This role is crucial in providing high-quality clinical care to patients, contributing to their overall experience. The NICU at Riddle Hospital is a level II unit, and infants with surgical needs are stabilized and transferred, with physicians from Children's Hospital of Philadelphia on staff. Requirements
- One year of recent acute care nurse experience required.
- RN Diploma, ASN required.
- PA RN license required.
Nice To Haves
- Neonatal experience preferred.
- BSN preferred.
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
- NRP preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide care and treatment to patients within the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
- Contribute to the Interdisciplinary Team's efforts to ensure a superior patient experience.
- Deliver safe, high-quality clinical care.
- Participate in hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, and precepting new staff.
- Pursue the Clinical Ladder program.
- Wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.
