About The Position

Main Line Health is seeking a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse to join their team at Lankenau Medical Center, Bryn Mawr Hospital, or Paoli Hospital. This role is integral to providing patients with a superior experience through safe, high-quality clinical care. Bryn Mawr Hospital's NICU is a 14-bed level III unit where infants with surgical needs are stabilized and transferred, with physicians from Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. The position offers opportunities for career development through certifications, advanced degrees, and involvement in various committees and programs.

Requirements

• One year of recent acute care nurse experience is required.
• RN Diploma, ASN required.
• PA RN license required.
• Must wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.

Nice To Haves

• Neonatal ICU experience is preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
• NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and treatment to patients within the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
• Work as part of an Interdisciplinary Team.
• Contribute to a superior patient experience.
• Deliver safe, high-quality clinical care.
• Stabilize infants with surgical needs for transfer.
• Pursue certifications or advanced nursing degrees.
• Become engaged by joining hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program.
• Wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.
