About The Position

The Concierge Care Navigator is a dedicated liaison for St. Luke’s concierge patients and other patient populations. The role ensures a seamless, personalized healthcare experience by triaging care needs and coordinating provider visits and other care access points. The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with exceptional interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills. The position promotes teamwork with all members of the healthcare team and performs duties consistently with St. Luke’s mission and values.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or another healthcare-related field.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri.
• Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Clinical experience in ambulatory or care coordination settings.
• Certification in Case Management (CCM) or Patient Navigation.
