About The Position
This is a night shift position for a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical-Surgical Telemetry. The role involves 3-12 hour shifts, from 7pm to 7am. Successful candidates will be responsible for patient care in a telemetry setting. Orientation time (32-40 hours) will be paid at 50% of the base hourly rate. Candidates must pass an ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate during orientation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
- Active Ohio license or an active compact state license.
- AHA BLS required.
- AHA ACLS required.
- NIHSS required.
- Acceptable score on ECG rhythm recognition test during orientation.
- Acceptable score on SafeMedicate during orientation.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a Medical-Surgical Telemetry setting.
- Complete orientation tasks including ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate.
- Submit hours worked using Qualivis – Lotus One.
