Registered Nurse - Medical Telemetry
About The Position
Saint Luke's North Hospital is looking for a talented Registered Nurse to join the dynamic Medical Telemetry Unit. This is a Part Time position, 24 hours, with night shifts. The unit offers a supportive leadership team, with Nursing Assistants to assist. Intensivists and NP’s work alongside RNs during shifts, and Respiratory Therapy is available at night. Extra incentives are available for picking up additional shifts. The role is accountable for utilizing the nursing process, performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks, and supervising other patient care staff. The Registered Nurse is responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.
Requirements
- 1 year Applicable Experience
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Registered Nurse - Various
- Associate Degree
