Registered Nurse - Medical Telemetry
About The Position
Saint Luke's North Hospital is looking for a talented Registered Nurse to join the dynamic Medical Telemetry Unit. This is a part-time, 24-hour night position. The unit offers a supportive leadership team, with Nursing Assistants to assist. Intensivists and NPs work alongside RNs during shifts, and Respiratory Therapy is available at night. Extra incentives are available for picking up additional shifts. The role involves utilizing the nursing process, performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks, and supervising other patient care staff. The nurse will be responsible for coordinating the plan of care for assigned patients and consulting with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and adheres to policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.
Requirements
- 1 year of applicable experience
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Registered Nurse - Various
- Associate Degree
