About The Position
This is a contract position for a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical/Surgical care, with a focus on stroke stepdown experience. The role is located in Utica, NY and is an onsite position. The pay rate is $50.00 per hour USD. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. and sponsorship is not available.
Requirements
- Active NY RN License required.
- All active RN Licenses must be verified via NURSYS Report.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical (MS) with stroke stepdown experience required.
- Travel nursing experience required.
- Up-to-date resume documenting travel experience required.
- Up-to-date resume must include 2 years of MS experience with stroke stepdown experience and must document travel experience.
- Current AHA BLS required.
- NIHSS / NIH Stroke Scale required for this unit (can be obtained prior to start).
- Driver's license with address that matches demographics.

Responsibilities
- Provide medical/surgical nursing care, including stroke stepdown.

- Submit requested time off (RTO) at the time of submission.
