About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg/Telemetry for a 13-week travel assignment in Windsor, VT. This position involves providing total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching, and working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice. The role may also involve working as a backup Charge Nurse. The assignment is for 13 weeks, with a start date of 8/3/2026. The shift is 12-hour nights, from 7:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with a 36-hour guarantee. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4/5, with an average daily patient census of 22. An 8-hour non-billable orientation is provided. Local travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible. Weekend and holiday work may be required if needed. Call is required for this need. Candidates must have their own vehicle as public transport is limited in the community. Specific policies regarding concurrent assignments, schedule accommodations, and requested time off (RTO) must be adhered to. RTO requests must be noted and verified at upload, with a maximum of 5 days accepted. Scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience
Must have CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE
Previous Travel (at least 3 months)
Must have and maintain current Active American Heart Association ACLS
Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association during employment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
Must have their own vehicle
Drug screen and background check (facility required)

May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg and to any unit within scope of practice
