Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg/Telemetry (Nights), Windsor, VT
About The Position
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg/Telemetry for a 13-week travel assignment in Windsor, VT. This position involves providing direct patient care, coordinating nursing services, and participating in patient and family education. The role requires flexibility to float between units and potentially serve as a backup Charge Nurse. The assignment is for 12-hour night shifts, with a guaranteed 36-hour work week. A vehicle is required for this position due to the location's lack of public transportation. Specific scheduling requests and time off must be noted and verified at the time of upload, as they will not be approved after the offer. Call is also a requirement for this position.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience
- May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg and to any unit within scope of practice
- CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE - Not negotiable!
- Previous Travel (at least 3 months)
- Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle
- Must have and maintain current Active American Heart Association ACLS
- Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association during employment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
- Drug screen and background check (facility required)
- Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned

Responsibilities
