About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg/Telemetry (Nights) for a 13-week travel assignment in Windsor, VT. This role involves coordinating total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching, and providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. The nurse may be asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse.

Requirements

2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience
May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg and to any unit within scope of practice
CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE is required
Previous Travel (at least 3 months) is required
Perm address must be included in traveler profile
Any/All RTO must be included in profile.
Vermont RN License or Compact is required
Active American Heart Association ACLS is required
Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.
Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association during employment
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
Drug screen and background check (facility required)
Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science in Nursing / BSN is preferred
