Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg/Telemetry (Nights), Windsor, VT
About The Position
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg/Telemetry for a 13-week travel assignment in Windsor, VT. This position involves providing total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching, and maintaining standards for professional nursing practice. The role may require working as a backup Charge Nurse and coordinating with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel. The assignment is for 12-hour night shifts with a 36-hour guarantee, starting on 8/3/2026. The facility is in a small community without public transport, requiring the traveler candidate to have their own vehicle. Specific policies regarding time off requests and concurrent assignments must be adhered to.
Requirements
- 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience
- Must float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg and to any unit within scope of practice
- CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE - Not negotiable!
- Previous Travel (at least 3 months)
- Must have and maintain current Active American Heart Association ACLS
- Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association during employment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
- Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle
- Drug screen and background check (facility required)
