About The Position

This role involves leading strategic execution across the local market, translating the organization’s overarching vision into actionable plans that drive clinical growth and operational excellence. The Market Director will cultivate executive partnerships with Chief Nursing Officers and hospital leadership to ensure deep alignment, open communication, and shared success. This position drives operational accountability by leveraging clinical data and direct observations to implement strategies that consistently meet and maintain high-performance benchmarks. The role champions change management by guiding teams through operational transitions, communicating the organization's vision, and maintaining strong budget stewardship. Additionally, the Market Director advances professional development by aligning local market operations with national educational priorities, empowering clinical associates to deliver exceptional patient care.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Professional Registered Nurse credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained within 18 Months (1 1/2 year) of hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Master's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
