The role champions change management by guiding teams through operational transitions, communicating the organization's vision, and maintaining strong budget stewardship. Additionally, the Market Director advances professional development by aligning local market operations with national educational priorities, empowering clinical associates to deliver exceptional patient care.

Requirements

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Professional Registered Nurse credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained within 18 Months (1 1/2 year) of hire date or job transfer date required.
Master's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
