Registered Nurse (RN) Manager
About The Position
As an RN Manager at Edgewood, you will supervise a team providing care to residents. You will serve as a supporting manager, train clinical staff, provide oversight of resident care plans, and ensure care delivery meets expectations. The role also includes assessing current and prospective residents, assisting with hiring clinical care staff, and following HIPAA and Edgewood policies. The position is full-time and offers day and evening shifts, with no scheduled weekends. Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen. Edgewood Healthcare has provided care and services for seniors since 1992, with senior living communities across seven Midwest states. Edgewood Blaine is a 59-bed Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
Requirements
- Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Previous experience supervising staff.
- Passion and drive for helping others.
- Desire to continue learning and improving your skillset.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
Nice To Haves
- Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience is desired.
