About The Position
As an RN Manager at Edgewood, you will supervise a team providing residents with exceptional care. The role includes supporting management, training clinical staff, and providing clinical oversight of resident care plans to ensure care delivery meets expectations. You will assess current and prospective residents and assist in hiring clinical care staff. The position is at Edgewood Blaine, a 59-bed Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Employment offers are contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.
Requirements
- Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Previous experience supervising staff.
- Pass a background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
- Passion and drive for helping others.
- Desire to continue learning and improving your skillset.

- Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as a supporting manager and provide training to a team of clinical staff.
