About The Position

This role oversees daily operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered, and cost-effective services. The manager will continuously evaluate performance metrics to elevate standards of care. They will analyze clinical trends, operational data, and key performance indicators to design, implement, and refine throughput initiatives that eliminate bottlenecks and improve patient care delivery. This position involves partnering with clinical leadership and key stakeholders to identify operational challenges, implement new clinical services/systems, and execute smart cost-containment strategies. Additionally, the role focuses on building and mentoring a high-performing team through recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and performance management strategies.

Requirements

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
3–5 years of bedside clinical experience paired with 1–2 years of leadership experience.
Proven ability to leverage data analytics to drive process improvement, measure success, and achieve operational targets.
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to manage real-time crises calmly and make decisive, quality-focused decisions under pressure.
