About The Position

This is a 13-week assignment for a Registered Nurse in Long-Term Care (LTC). The role requires a strong understanding of clinical documentation, care planning, resident assessments, and LTC workflows. The nurse will be responsible for supporting and training current facility staff, particularly on PointClickCare (PCC) workflows and documentation. The position involves 8-hour day shifts with a 40-hour weekly schedule.

Requirements

• Active South Dakota or Compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent RN/LTC experience required
• PointClickCare (PCC) experience REQUIRED
• RN management, supervisory, or leadership experience required
• Experience training and educating nursing staff on PCC workflows and documentation required
• Current BLS certification required
• Previous LTC, SNF, or Skilled Nursing experience required
• Strong knowledge of clinical documentation, care planning, resident assessments, and LTC workflows
• Strong leadership, staff education, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
