Weekends - RN / LVN Pediatric Home Health Nurse- Western San Antonio
About The Position
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to medically fragile infants, children, and adolescents in their homes. This role focuses on delivering care according to physician orders and established plans, conducting assessments, administering medications and treatments, coordinating care, and educating family members to ensure positive patient outcomes and prevent complications. The position offers opportunities for both full-time and part-time shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- Provide care in a client home setting
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!

Responsibilities
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordination of care
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes
- Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient
