Weekends - LVN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse
About The Position
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to medically fragile infants, children, and adolescents in their homes. This role focuses on delivering patient-centered care according to physician orders and active plans of care, ensuring positive patient outcomes through ongoing assessments, medication administration, coordination of care, and family education. Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- Ability to provide care in a client home setting
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents in their home.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Coordinate care with physicians and other appropriate personnel.
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Implement preventative initiatives to protect the quality of care for patients.
