PRN RN / LVN Pediatric Home Health Nurse- Eastern San Antonio
About The Position
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to medically fragile infants, children, and adolescents in their homes. This role focuses on delivering care according to physician orders and active plans of care, conducting ongoing patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, coordinating care, educating family members, and implementing preventative initiatives to ensure the highest quality of care. Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
- Ability to provide care in a client home setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents in their home according to the active plan of care.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordinate care.
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.
