Requirements

  • Current Texas RN license in good standing (for RNs)
  • Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience (for RNs and LVNs)
  • Current Texas LVN license in good standing (for LVNs)
  • Current Texas CNA certification in good standing (for CNAs)
  • Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable professional caregiving experience (home care agency or facility) (for Caregivers)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Current CPR/BLS Certification (In-Person Course Only)
  • Negative TB Skin Test or Chest X-ray within the past 12 months
  • Valid Texas Driver's License
  • Current Auto Insurance
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and assisting clients with mobility.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home care agency or facility (for Caregivers)

Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional care to clients.
  • Performing nursing duties as an RN or LVN.
  • Assisting clients with daily living activities as a CNA or Caregiver.
  • Utilizing mobile clock-in/clock-out system.
  • Participating in continuing education and training.
