About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role offers a stable career path with excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth. The hiring event will take place on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, from 8 AM to 11 AM, with on-site interviews for Press Operator positions only. Candidates are encouraged to bring a valid photo ID and be prepared for an interview. We are looking for individuals committed to safety and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred
• Comfortable using computers
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work in a non-climate-controlled facility
• Reliable transportation
• Able to work independently after training
• Committed to working safely every day
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Obtain a production schedule from the lead
• Verify materials before feeding them into the Heat Press machine
• Meet daily production quotas
• Keep workstations clean and organized
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Lead
