About The Position
Provide pediatric home healthcare to infants, children, and/or adolescents in accordance with the active plan of care established by the physician and other appropriate personnel. Responsibilities include administering prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies; documenting activities, assessments, nursing actions, patient responses, and coordination of care; and educating patients and families about the disease process, self-care techniques, prevention strategies, and the patient’s nursing needs. Requirements
- Current Arizona Registered Nurse License.
- Active nursing license in good standing.
- Attention to detail.

- Good organization and effective communication.
