About The Position
Registered Nurse Lead Euola is seeking Registered Nurse Lead to provide non-clinical case management services supporting military personnel readiness. Coordinate care, track medical cases, and ensure compliance with Army medical readiness standards at the Vermont Army National Guard, Colchester VT.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Vermont or eligible)
- Must have a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or team lead experience.
- 3–5+ years clinical or case management experience
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with medical documentation systems preferred
- Military/VA/Dod experience (preferred)
- Case management certification (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned Soldier medical cases from identification to resolution
- Coordinate care across providers, facilities, and military units
- Maintain and update case files in systems (eCase, MEDCHART, MEDPROS)
- Prepare cases for Medical Evaluation Boards (MEB/PEB)
- Conduct monthly case reviews and reporting
- Support readiness events (PHA, SRP, mobilization processing)
- Educate Soldiers on medical readiness and resources
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and documentation accuracy
