About The Position
The role involves providing nursing care in the Labor and Delivery unit, utilizing specialized skills to address a range of nursing conditions and collaborating with the healthcare team for efficient patient care.
Requirements
- RN license
- AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS & NRP certification
- Completion of a fetal monitoring class (intermediate or advanced) within the past 24 months.
- 2 years of LDR experience
- Willingness to obtain PALS prior to start
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
- Float to Medical-Surgical unit as required for overflow patients.
- Participate in on-call and weekend rotations as scheduled.
