About The Position
VitalHire is hiring a travel Registered Nurse specializing in Labor & Delivery for an acute care hospital in Des Moines, Iowa. This is a 13-week travel contract with a day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, working 36 hours per week. The assignment is scheduled to start on November 16, 2026, and has one opening. Estimated travel pay is $2,340 per week; the local pay rate is $51 per hour for local candidates.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Iowa RN license or multistate (compact) RN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current ACLS certification.
- Current NRP certification.
- At least 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery experience.
Nice To Haves
- 2 or more years of recent Labor & Delivery experience preferred.
