About The Position
VitalHire is hiring a travel Registered Nurse specializing in Labor & Delivery for an acute care hospital in Waterbury, Connecticut. This is a 13-week travel contract with one opening, starting November 15, 2026. The night shift runs from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with 36 hours per week. Estimated travel pay is $2,340 per week. The local pay rate for local candidates is $53 per hour. The role includes weekly direct deposit and support from a dedicated recruiter from submission through the final shift. VitalHire also offers help with licensing, credentialing, and onboarding.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Connecticut RN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current ACLS and NRP certifications.
- At least 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery experience; 2 or more years preferred.
