About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, implement, and evaluate patient care under the guidance of a licensed physician. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of nursing principles, theories, and current practices.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
- Current PA Registered Nurse License is required.
- Basic Life Support certification is required.
- Multi-State Compact RN License is required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a clinical specialty is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to patients.
- Collaborate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare team members.
- Direct nursing support staff in the delivery of patient care in accordance with established standards.
- Adhere to administrative and departmental policies and procedures.
