About The Position
The Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery is responsible for providing comprehensive care to both high and low risk ante-partum and intra-partum pregnant women, as well as immediate postpartum care and stabilization of normal newborns. The RN will also perform couplet care.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience required.
- BLS, NRP, and EFM Certifications required.
- Skills in IUPC, FSE, IV starts, and circulating C-sections.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to high and low risk ante-partum and intra-partum pregnant women.
- Perform immediate postpartum care and stabilization of normal newborns.
- Carry out couplet care in line with unit protocols.
