About The Position
The RN in Labor and Delivery (L&D) will be responsible for providing care to level II maternity patients, performing necessary assessments, and managing medication administration in an acute care setting.
Requirements
- BLS and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification
- Experience in EFM interpretation and IV starts
- Ability to pass sterile technique tests on the first day of orientation
Responsibilities
- EFM interpretation and SVE performance
- IV starts and administration of Magnesium Sulfate
- Titrating Pitocin drips as needed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team for patient management
