Requirements
- Minimum of one year of RN experience
- Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN)
- Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- The Registered Nurse (RN) must have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute care experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Must live within 45 min response time for call.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
