Requirements
- Active Ohio RN License or valid Compact/Multi-State License.
- Diploma of Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
- Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association).
- Experience working in culturally diverse healthcare settings.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational assessments.
- Identify safety risks and report changes in patient conditions promptly.
- Develop and prioritize individualized patient care plans.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care and discharge planning.
- Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders.
- Provide patient and family education.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes using evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR.
- Participate in shift reports and structured handoff communications.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
