About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN directs and coordinates nursing care based on established clinical nursing practice standards and collaborates with other professional disciplines to provide effective, efficient care and achieve desired patient outcomes. The RN supports the organization’s vision and mission, considers patients’ developmental ages and cultural diversity when providing patient- and family-centered care, and contributes to quality nursing care through performance-improvement techniques that demonstrate positive patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas or hold a compact license.
• Full-time positions have no work-experience requirement.
• Possess critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Possess effective oral and written communication skills.
• Possess effective interpersonal relationship skills.
• Be able to use computers for documentation.
• Be able to read and comprehend English sufficiently to follow written and oral instructions and safety precautions.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
