Registered Nurse Infusion .6 Days
About The Position
Franciscan Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for its outpatient infusion center at the Lafayette East Campus. Nurses provide comprehensive care by listening to and assessing patients, developing plans of care, implementing them, and reassessing and evaluating each patient's needs. The Outpatient Center includes 14 infusion rooms and 13 procedure preparation and recovery rooms. Services include infusions, injections, wound care, preparation and recovery for interventional radiology, gastrointestinal and pulmonary procedures, and pain management procedures. The position is a 0.6 day-shift role with 12-hour shifts from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays and 7 a.m. to noon on weekends, with alternating weekends.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing/Patient Care.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license from the State Licensing Board in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Alternating weekend availability.
