Registered Nurse, House Supervisor NonExempt
About The Position
The House Supervisor – Non-Exempt position is within a department that embodies a culture of teamwork and effective communication, essential for providing specialized care to patients ranging from Neonatal to Geriatric. As a Registered Nurse (RN) excelling in this role, you will accurately perform patient assessments, identify patient needs, and initiate appropriate nursing interventions. You will provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient, perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record, and be responsible for the completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient. Additionally, you will perform timely and accurate QI assessments.
Requirements
- Current state RN license
- Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school
- Basic Life Support certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience preferred
- ASLS certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
