About The Position

Mass General Brigham Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, use clinical judgment, and make a difference in patients' homes. The position provides independence in managing patients and schedules, supported by a strong team. Opportunities are available throughout Boston and surrounding communities. The role involves working with a diverse patient population and providing care in their homes. The team offers a schedule that works for you, with options for full-time, part-time, Monday-Friday (no evenings), or weekends only. Visits are typically 3-6 per day, with autonomy to manage your own schedule. The service area is focused to minimize travel, and in some cases, walking between visits may be possible. City parking passes are provided. Dedicated Admission RN support helps establish care plans for new patients, allowing ongoing RNs to focus on existing patients. Ancillary support services, including scheduling coordinators and liaisons, handle administrative and coordination needs. A strong team culture emphasizes communication, teamwork, and mutual support, with regular interdisciplinary pod meetings, team meetings, and quarterly in-person team days. Ongoing training, education, and interdisciplinary collaboration opportunities are available for professional growth. The onboarding process is designed to prepare nurses for independent work in the community, with ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
