About The Position
Under the direction of the Manager ER/ICU/Respiratory, the Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in the Emergency Room. This is a part-time temporary position at Dr. F.H. Wigmore Regional Hospital in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. The position is 0.47 FTE, with 12 shifts of 11.78 hours per eight-week rotation. Shifts include days, nights, evenings, and weekends. The expected start date is November 15, 2026, and the expected end date is May 1, 2028. Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN); a nursing diploma is acceptable.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certificate.
- Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
- Communication, critical thinking, computer, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under stress.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.

- Acute care experience is preferred.
