About The Position

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse – Emergency Room for an exciting Travel or Local job in Lake City, FL. This is a full-time, direct hire position.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year Acute Care ER RN experience required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 30 days of hire
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Perform rapid assessment of emergency patients and manage care priorities
• Provide immediate interventions in high-acuity ER situations
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by providers
• Continuously monitor and reassess patient conditions
• Document all care and interventions accurately in real time
• Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and discharge plans
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary emergency care teams
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to emergency protocols
• Support life-saving procedures in fast-paced ER environment
• Maintain clinical excellence under pressure
