About The Position

Seeking a Registered Nurse for our Emergency Department float pool. This is a fast-paced ED environment. The primary role will be to care for boarder patients within the ED, who may require med/surg, stepdown, or ICU level care. There is a possibility of floating to an acute unit if needed. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar-sized Level 1 trauma facility.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a similar-sized Level 1 trauma facility.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• TNCC certification.
• Resume with no gaps.
• Completed ED skills checklist.
• ED references.

Responsibilities

• Tending to boarder patients in the ED (med/surg, stepdown, ICU).
• Potentially floating to an acute unit if necessary.
